If you go on stage with the wrong attitude, or something in your performance is off, you can lose an audience in the first minute. That first minute is crucial.
Having a positive mental attitude is asking how something can be done rather than saying it can't be done.
The reactionary is always willing to take a progressive attitude on any issue that is dead.
